An ageing lift can keep running with repairs, or it can be upgraded, or replaced. Choosing late, or choosing only on age, often means the wrong scope, a longer shutdown, or money spent on parts that should have been kept.
You describe what you know about the lift and what you want to improve. The advisor returns an early programme you can take into a conversation with the Blue Star team. A site survey still confirms the final scope and price.
