A comprehensive (parts-inclusive) contract bundles scheduled preventive maintenance, breakdown labour, and agreed coverage for components that wear in normal service. The goal is predictable annual cost and faster restoration when parts need replacement.

- Scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and safety checks
- Breakdown response labour during the contract term (per SLA)
- Wear items named in the schedule—rollers, belts, contacts, sensors, and similar
- Service documentation for audits and statutory inspections
